Chambly Residence

A six-storey mixed-use building designed with clarity and balance. The ground floor opens to the neighborhood with transparent commercial spaces, while 55 residential units above offer calm, well-planned living from one- to three-bedroom layouts, each with indoor parking. The architectural expression is defined by balance and rhythm: a symmetrical main elevation composed of warm red brick and dark grey metal with a fully glazed first level subtly separating public and private uses.

The first phase of a large-scale residential development shaping a new urban fabric in Drummondville. This six-storey building introduces 155 units, from studios to three-bedroom residences, designed for flexibility and everyday living. At the rear, seven duplex townhouses provide a more intimate scale, each with two dedicated parking spaces. The façade blends light and dark brick, with darker tones anchoring the first two levels to create a strong podium and a clear architectural base for the phases to follow.

Located within a sector of recognized heritage value, the 429–441 rue de la Gauchetière project balances preservation and contemporary intervention. Historic façades are carefully restored while a new residential extension is introduced without competing with the site’s heritage character. Situated near the CHUM hospital, the project provides housing for students, interns, and medical professionals, with the new volume oriented toward rue Bernadette through a transparent transition and complementary materials that ensure architectural continuity, urban quality, and long-term durability.

Located in a developing area near Mont-Saint-Hilaire, this mixed-use project consists of a four-storey residential complex with 60 units and an office space at ground level. The architectural concept is articulated through three brick volumes, unified by continuous horizontal balcony bands that emphasize rhythm and cohesion. The project is carefully scaled to respect the typology and residential character of the surrounding neighborhood, creating a balanced transition between density and context.

Dental Clinic Renovation

This project involved transforming an open office space into a functional and elegant dental clinic for Dr. Entezari. The design redefined the layout into three main areas: reception, waiting area, and the clinic, while a separate room was preserved as a private office.
The client requested a neo-classic aesthetic with a bold black palette. To achieve this, we introduced wall moldings that bring a refined, classic atmosphere, paired with black furniture to create high contrast and visual depth. The result is a sophisticated, welcoming environment that balances timeless elegance with modern functionality.

Rhinoplasty Clinic Renovationn

This project transformed an old office space into a modern aesthetic clinic for Dr. Kayvan, featuring a spacious waiting area, reception, office, and a post-op recovery space for patients.
While the client preferred his brand color—navy bluewe introduced a soft, feminine color palette to appeal to the majority female clientele. Large sofas and comfortable chairs were incorporated to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, balancing functionality with warmth and elegance.
